Capabilities
One operation. Three engineering disciplines.
brimtech takes responsibility for the software, data, and decision paths that make an operation work from end to end.
Build around the operation.
Services, platforms, gateways, and internal systems that reflect how work actually moves.
Problems we take responsibility for
Fragmented workflows, aging platforms, fragile integrations, repeated manual intervention, unclear service ownership, and production behavior that teams cannot explain.
Concrete deliverables
- Service and platform architecture
- APIs, workflow engines, gateways, and operating interfaces
- Migration plans and staged production cutovers
- Observability, runbooks, failure recovery, and support tooling
Representative systems
Payment gateways, orchestration services, case and exception workflows, integration services, internal operations tools, and modernization of long-lived platforms.
Make information usable across boundaries.
Independent systems can exchange data without giving up ownership or hiding disagreement.
Problems we take responsibility for
Conflicting identifiers, undocumented interfaces, stale evidence, duplicate events, mismatched records, incomplete audit trails, and integration failures that disappear into manual queues.
Concrete deliverables
- Interface inventories and versioned data contracts
- Canonical models, APIs, event systems, and adapters
- Reference matching, audit trails, and reconciliation workflows
- Conformance tests, recovery tests, and implementation specifications
Representative systems
Provider and bank integrations, customs-to-customs exchange, Single Window interfaces, regulatory data flows, operational event histories, and cross-system reconciliation.
Build AI as an operating system.
Applications, retrieval, agents, data, and production controls must work as one system.
Problems we take responsibility for
Knowledge that is difficult to access, repetitive document and decision work, disconnected AI prototypes, agent behavior without measurement, and applications that require too much supervision.
Concrete deliverables
- AI applications and product interfaces
- Retrieval-augmented generation systems with source-aware answers
- Agent workflows, tool integration, approvals, and recovery paths
- Evaluations, guardrails, observability, and production instrumentation
Representative systems
Knowledge and research applications, document intelligence, operational copilots, agent workflows, exception prioritization, and production AI systems with measurable behavior.
Explore AI engineeringProduction ownership
Design includes the operating model.
We define who owns each interface, state transition, alert, exception, and production decision. Delivery includes the instruments and operating material needed to see behavior and recover from failure.
Handoff is planned from the start: architecture records, source and deployment assets, data contracts, tests, runbooks, and knowledge transfer move with the system. Where continued ownership is useful, we can operate and improve it with the client team.
Discuss the operation
Bring us the system boundary and the failure.
We will help define what brimtech should own, what the surrounding institutions must own, and what a responsible delivery looks like.
